We look forward to getting to know you and your pets. Brannock Veterinary Clinic aims to offer a high level of care for your pet in a friendly environment.
We wish to use preventative medicine to keep your pet healthy in addition to treating injuries and illnesses as they occur.
We aim to provide good quality care at affordable prices and endeavour to do this by advising clients of our healthcare plan to budget for preventative healthcare and we strongly advise clients to take out insurance for the unexpected!
In order to continue to keep our prices as low as possible it is essential that all accounts are paid at the time of consultation and surgery.
We do not offer any credit facilities. Suitable methods of payment are cash or card transactions. In some cases and with prior arrangement only, direct claims can be made to insurance companies.
This is a privilege and not a statutory right. Certain conditions must be fulfilled – full details are available on request.
We believe in treating all of our patients and owners with respect and understanding and we respectfully ask for the same treatment for our staff.
Abuse in any form verbal or physical will not be tolerated. If you have any genuine concerns with regard to any treatment to yourself or your pet please inform a member of staff and ideally put your concerns in writing.
